Membership fees

Individual membership dues are $25 annually
Family membership dues are $40 annually

How to sign-up

Dues can be paid through Zelle transfer, using the payee ocupsjane@gmail.com, or by check payable to OCUPS and mailed to:

Once you have paid your dues, please CLICK HERE and fill out an email to the Membership Administrator. You will then be added to the membership roster.
