OCUPS adheres to, and stands behind, rigorous practices and policies in offering its events. Nevertheless, if for any reason a member is unable to participate in the event purchased,
the member may request that the OCUPS provide the member with a refund provided that the refund request is received by the OCUPS no later than ten (10) days prior to the event
commencement date. After the OCUPS receives the members written refund request, the OCUPS will promptly credit the member's credit card account (if the fly-in was paid for via
credit card) or otherwise reimburse the subscriber via check, for the full amount of the applicable fees paid for the fly-in less the $25 non-refundable reservation fee..
To request a
refund, subscribers shall complete the Refund Request Form at https://www.verisign.com/repository/refund. This refund
policy is not an exclusive remedy and does not limit other remedies that may be available to members.
